Terms of Service

1. Registration

• Registration & Verification: To validate your user ID, you may be required to submit specific personal data.
• Fees or Charges: Charges for exam training vary depending on the specific computer-based test. Please note that cancellation and refund options are not provided.
• Validity Period: The duration of your user ID validation may vary based on official government exam announcements.

2. Test Conduct

• Format: Tests are conducted only as computer-based tests.
• Scheduling: The test will be conducted at a specific date and time.
• Proctoring: The exam may be proctored to ensure academic integrity and fairness.
• Duration: The total time allocated for the test will be clearly specified.
• Online classes : Should additional resources become available, online preparatory classes may be offered in the future.

3. Results and Appeals

• Score Reporting: Details regarding the timeline and method of score delivery will be provided.
• Score Validity: The period for which your results remain official and valid will be specified.
• Appeals Process: Procedures for contesting or appealing your results will be clearly outlined.
• Data Privacy: Information regarding the collection, storage, and protection of your personal data will be disclosed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

The Administrator has the sole authority to cancel or reschedule exams.

5. Services and Product

We agree to provide the Customer with an account on our online assessment platform via a private server. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their information and the security of their account.

Service delivery is subject to network and server availability. In the event of a service disruption, our team will work to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

6. Usage Policy

A. Prohibited Content and Activities

• Spam: Engagement in email spam or the distribution of junk mail.
• Security: Hacking, initiating denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or attempting security breaches.
• Intellectual Property: Any violation of copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Legal Compliance: Activities involving fraud, privacy violations, or other illegal acts.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to block accounts found in violation of these terms.

B. Misuse of System Resources

• Account Limits: Users are strictly prohibited from maintaining multiple accounts.
• Usage Thresholds: Service attempts and resource usage may be limited based on the specific subscription plan.

7. Account Cancellation

Users are responsible for the cancellation of their accounts and the backup of their own data. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, all associated content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local administrative bodies.

9. Refund Policy

All services are provided on a non-refundable basis. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods of service or unused accounts.
