Open Users: Can access public pages, announcements, and open tests. Email may be collected before test access.
Closed Users: Registered users with full access to tests, learning materials, profiles, and exam history.

District, Village, Taluk, Pincode

Password (securely encrypted)
Account Type (assigned by admin)
Optional Profile Photo
Exam Registration Number & Marks (admin-controlled)

Open User Data

Email address before attempting certain open tests

Exam & System Data

Test attempts, answers, scores, completion status
Login times, session data, device and security metadata

3. How Your Data Is Used

Account authentication and security
Exam evaluation and scoring
Displaying your exam history and results
Providing learning materials and announcements
System monitoring and fraud prevention

4. Admin Control

AK TECH – CBT operates as a fully admin-controlled examination platform. Administrators can view, update, modify, and delete any user data, exam records, materials, and results.

If an exam or test record is deleted by admin, it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

5. Announcements & News

Closed users receive announcements inside their dashboard
Open users see public news on the home page

6. Advertisements

The platform may display promotional banners and opening ads to logged-in users. These do not provide third-party tracking of personal identities.

7. Accounts Created by Admin

Some user accounts may be created directly by administrators when users contact us personally. By using such accounts, users automatically agree to this Privacy Policy.

8. Cookies & Sessions

We use secure session cookies to maintain login status, test continuity, and account security.

9. User Rights

Users can update allowed profile information
Users can change their password and profile image
Exam marks and registration numbers can be updated by users only during the time window enabled by the administrator; at all other times these fields remain locked.

10. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated, modified, or replaced at any time based on platform, legal, or operational requirements. Updates may take effect immediately without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
